App/Util/X11.app does not open

Hi Everyone,

I installed the X11.app and X11 SDK tools from the DVD that came with
my MacBook Pro.

The installation put the X11 app under Applications/Utilities.
Everytime I try to click open the X11.app icon, it tries to open but
it simply does not open a terminal.

Any suggestions?
