I use LyX a lot and there is one problem when it is run under MAC
OS X:
when various maths panels are opened, one has to actually click on
the main LyX
window to return back to it. It is extremely inconvenient! In Linux
(e.g. under KDE)
this problem is nicely handled by enabling "focus under mouse"
behavour.
I tried the command
defaults write com.apple.x11 wm_ffm -bool true
typed in xterm, as suggested in the quartz-wm man page, it allows
focusing
between several xterms. HOwever, LyX windows are still completely
ignorant to this!
I wonder if anybody knows the answer to this?
If the option is correct, it should take effect as soon as you
RESTART the X-window environment
