Fix for environment woes

I keep seeing people have problems that can be traced back to missing or out of date ~/.MacOSX/environment.plist file. As you may already know, this file specifies the environment variables that processes start with and especially affects the behavior of X11 apps.

I've attached a perl script that I run every so often that copies the current environment to ~/.MacOSX/environment.plist. For instance, if you juggle your $PATH or $LD_LIBRARY_PATH around you just run this script and your "Finder launched" apps are up-to-date, too.

This is not rocket surgery, it's just nice to have.
