Re: source drop: xorg-server-1.2a3 (fixed middle-click!)

Maybe I'm confused, but didn't cmd-click used to simulate the middle
mouse button? The behavior has definitely changed on my machine. I
never had any problems with the Leopard builds and Cmd-click
performing a paste on my macbook pro, but now I have to option-click.
Granted, I've done some "krazy keymapping trix" using both the
keyboard pane in System Preferences and an .xmodmap file. (My
caps-lock key is Cmd under aqua and Ctrl under X.) Still, it's
strange that the "fix" changed the behavior compared to Tiger and
earlier Leopard servers. In any case, I can adjust...

I'm reasonably sure that I always used option-click to paste into xterms before Leopard. I don't have any fancy keymapping going on (aside from changing my PowerBook's enter key to an option key), so I think this was the default.
