Almost certainly no need, since I doubt very much that you have
uninstalled the whole Essentials package, or lots of things were
likely to break if you did.  You just removed that one file (as the
instructions for downgrading to the tiger X11 tells you to do), and by
putting it back, you should have everything the way it was.

PS.  The pkgutil command is very handy to investigate packages and
their contents.  Run  man pkgutil  to find out what it can do.
