Re: getting Tiger's X11 running on Leopard

I had to re-install Leopard in order to get this to work because I must have messed something up in my initial attempts to uninstall X11. However, now it is up and running, and I can run my software in the Tiger X11 no problems and watch the same thing crash X11 with the Leopard version. Thanks to all for your help. I'm up and running!

Josh, here's the note I sent out to our Mac community:

Here's the Tiger version of X11:

 Here's how to install it:

Basically, this gave me a largely-working Leopard system (still a few
issues with NIS and PAM authentication, I think -- haven't tracked
them down yet).

By the way, I really appreciate some of the other improvements in the
BSD subsystem of Leopard!
