Could the prefix [X11 OSX] be added to each email when sent from
the server?
This would allow for sorting and redirecting of received emails at
the client
end.
You can already do that using the List-Id header:
List-Id: X11 for Mac OS X discussion list <x11-users.lists.apple.com>
Every mailman-managed list has such a header.
