Since Xcode 1.5 is apparently out, I can give more details.

On the disk image is a file named "What's New.pdf" which contains the statement

"Carbon Tools - Many fixes have been made to some of the tools provided for Carbon development, such as Rez. For more information, please see the Carbon Tools release notes in the ADC Reference Library, accessible from the Xcode documentation window."

I could not find the Carbon Tools release notes. Can anyone?
