Re: What is stored in .pbxuser file?

What I don't understand is how you're supposed to be able to stop xcode from adding the pbxuser file to your repository. Explanation: although I have .pbxuser in cvsignore, Project Builder automatically did a cvs add for the file. The only way to get rid of the file then was to remove it after the fact. At least, I think that's what my conclusion was at the time. I don't know if Xcode changes this behavior, I just gave up and decided it wasn't a bad thing to have my pbxuser file in the repository.

Xcode projects have a .pbxuser file for each user that uses the project.

What is stored in this file? Is it worth keeping in our code repository?

The basic question is how do I know when I need to update the file in our
code repository?
