YAXB (Yet Another Xcode Bug)? Application Help not installed when using "xcodebuild install"

When using Xcode itself, my Help Book is installed. This is called

	Foo Help Book

and it contains a lot of help files and a graphics subdirectory. It is part of the Bundle Resources of my (native) target. When I run a build from the Xcode IDE it all works out fine.

Howeverm, when I run "xcodebuild install", both "Foo Help Book" and "Foo Help Book/graphics" are created in the Resources directory of the app wrapper, but they are not populated with the files that are in my project....

Man, I am getting so tired with these bugs in such an important tool.

Reporting bugs to Apple only wastes ever more time (because I keep getting reminders to please check 3 year old since long solved bugs in the latest release, because I am getting mail messages asking me for info that I already gave twice, etc.), so I have for the time being given up on reporting bugs to Apple.

But I am interested in any quick fix for this as I need to finish my stuff.
