I'm trying to figure out how to build an 'Xcod' code resource for MindVision's VISE installer. Their tech support is unable to provide any more information on it other than look at the CodeWarrior example projects. Well, the problem there is that I'm using Xcode and not CodeWarrior. I have never used CW -- I used MPW for Mac OS 8/9. Does anyone have any information on this code resource and what it takes for an IDE to create one? Is this 'Xcod' resource based on Macromedia's "old" XObject? I have searched comp.sys.mac.programmer.codewarrior but I could only find limited info.
Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? Buying CodeWarrior might be an option but since MetroWerks does not offer a free evaluation for the Mac version, I want to make sure CW will actually build XCod code resources. Has anyone built such a code resource using Xcode? Thanks.
