The way I generally think of it is that targets describe what is built
while build styles allow you to adjust that for a particular purpose
(development, deployment, profiling, etc.).
But they don't, not really. Build Styles don't let you bring in debug
libraries, or include/exclude source files that are only appropriate
for debugging of profiling, etc.
That's the problem, conceptually we have this idea of what Build Styles
should enable, but the reality is different.
