Can XCode import codewarrior projects saved as xml?
(Without having a version of Codewarrior availble on My Mac OS X Machine)
No, the xml contains information encoded by CodeWarrior in a non-obvious way. The importer uses CodeWarrior's scripting interface (which is supported for external use, unlike the xml format) to get the critical information about the project. That's why CodeWarrior must be installed and running.

To be more direct, there are certain aspects of a CodeWarrior project that we can't get at via the XML (like Info.plist settings). However, most of the import is done by looking at an XML version of the CW project file. I have thought about adding a "limited import" capability if you just had an XML file in a future version.

An enhancement request filed against Xcode would be your best next step.
