Re: Subversion not running with Xcode 2.1 on remote server (svn://)

Periodic Apple Bug Reporting Reminder:

It's always good for everyone who sees a bug to report it to Apple, even if you know someone else has reported it. A couple reasons:

1. Different reports may have different information that will help to clarify/resolve the bug.

2. Apple uses the number of times a particular bug is reported to help when prioritizing fixes.

I have a bug report in for non-ssh svn connections not working (rdar://4141150).   This of course does not address ssh-agent issues directly, but if password-svn connections are the problem, you can rest assured that it has at least been reported.
