| Shaun, how I fixed this was install the qt7 sdk on a panther system and then copy the QTKit.framework, Quicktime.framework and QuartzCore.framework over to the Tiger 10.3.9 SDK. I also copied the /usr/lib/AvailableMacros.h file that got updated over to the 10.3.9 SDK. I was also having problem (compiling errors about MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_4) cross compiling for 10.3.9 using gcc 4 with the QT 7 SDK installed in the 10.3.9 SDK on my Tiger partition, so I am using gcc 3 for cross compiling and everything is working nicely again.
