I have seen a problem similar to what you are describing when profiling ZeroLinked binaries. Does disabling ZeroLink work around the problem?

According to Shark's Time Profile, all of the functions in my code are either called '__darwin_gcc3_preregister_frame_info', or are just given as an address. There also appears to be no source code available - double clicking a function drops me straight into assembly, despite having compiled as a debug build.

Functions in other libraries (AppKit, libGL etc) have retained their proper names.

Any ideas what's going on here?
