Sorry John, Here is the correct link: I let Mail automatically parse the URL and make it a link, instead of doing edit > add hyperlink, and it somehow inserted a space before Performance_tools. If it still gives you trouble, just (as j o a r said previously) open up the ftp site in your favorite app and navigate into the correct directory, which is how I found the archived version.
