I think it must be representative of a dilemma Apple faces. The ADC
Documentation download is already huge, and they have to draw the
line somewhere. I would find *lots* of extra materials handy, but I
don't want the download size to get much higher than it is. I'm
already resistant to downloading updates.
In case it's useful to you, I will point out that the ADC DVDs do
contain just about (and maybe absolutely) everything that you can
find through the web site. I find the DVDs handy for this purpose
when I'm not connected to the net.
