My initial guess is that the file in question was part of another
build phase (say the Copy Bundle Resources build phase). I would
look through all the build phases and see if the file reference
shows up in more than one.
Yep -- that was the culprit. The thing was in Copy Bundle Resources
indeed.
Still I haven't the slightest idea how it got there (being a very
plain .m source), but at least, I understand the "inconsistence".
