I don't have 'dead code strip' set in my debugger. I'm not quite sure what "Stabs debug info format" means.

btw, my program runs perfectly fine in Deployment.
Even in Development, if I click 'Run' instead of
'Debug' the program runs fine. I just can't seem to
get it to run in the debugger. I even tried setting a
break point at the very first line in main, but to no
avail.

What else could cause this? I'm really stuck.

I had what perhaps was a similar problem (the program launches but I can't interact with it, and the debugger simply doesn't respond to interrupts) in Xcode 2.3.

The only way I could fix it was to create a new project (and drag my files from the old to the new). Cleaning, etc. did nothing.
