Message displayed when unsuccessfully attempting to download 2.4 from my
hotel room:
"Xcode 2.4 Available Onsite via Ethernet
To ensure ongoing network access during WWDC, we request that you download
Xcode 2.4 through one of the many Ethernet connections available in Moscone
West during regular conference hours."
I did download it today at WWDC.
