10.3 for PPC but 10.4.1 for Intel, how?

Apple Universal Binary docs page 16 says I can build PPC for 10.3 and Intel
for 10.4.1 and have it all nice in one app. Referring as suggested to page
18/19 of the same document provides little help.

How do I do this in the properties Info window for my project?
