It's almost certainly in the code sense index that you can find in the build products folder. You can clear the index by deleting the folder, or from the project inspector in Xcode (The "General" tab).

I've also had some of problems caused by this behaviour. Don't forget to file bug reports when you find things that doesn't work like you would expect / want them to..
