This happened to me today in Xcode 2.2 when I was trying to right
click on a group in the "Groups & Files" panel to get the context
menu. I am using the "all-in-one-view" mode, if that makes a
difference. I only mention this because I've never had this before
yesterday, and yesterday I switched to the "all-in-one-view" mode.
I was viewing the "Build" page at the time.
dialog popup and says:
Uncaught Exception:
Item to be inserted into menu already is in another menu
