There is a checkbox in the Debugging Tab of the Executable editor
(get this from Project->Edit Active Executable) which controls this
auto-attach feature (it's "Auto-attach debugger on crash".) Turn
this off when you want to run full screen.
Thanks Jim. I guess I'll just have to keep it off and explicitly
debug the app because its too annoying to ssh in and start killing
processes every time I forget.
