Associating icon wiht app bundle in XCode

Hello,

I'm having problems associating an icon with my application.  I checked out the XCode documentation and it said the following (not in these words):

1) Put the name of the icon in your info plist (associated with the CFBundleIconFile) or just put the name of the icon in the "Icon File" property in the target properties window.

2) Make sure that the icon is in the Resources folder of the bundle.

I did both of these things, but each time I build I (a) don't see the icon associated with my .app file (the icon is not to the left of the file) and (b) when I start the application the icon does not appear in the dock.  Did I miss a step here?  Sorry for such a simple question, but I can't see what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks,

Ryan
