Standardization is good, but some applications do benefit from non- standard interfaces. Unlike Apple, though, I wouldn't customize my interface unless the change offered a real benefit to the user.
Sooo whats the deal with Safari ?? It's cocoa i guess but they dont use IB, is this a trend? And if so to me it feels like it is encouraged if it comes from apple...
Off topic I know.. is their a mailing list that excepts off topic conundrums ?
