Problem is though the restart button is always grayed out and it
doesn't stop on any breakpoints. I quit XCode relaunched it
thinking that would kill whatever debugger was running. The first
thing I did after relaunch was click on the "Build and Run" button
and got the same error. Next I rebooted the machine thinking that
would definitely kill whatever was running and got the exact same
error on relaunch.
