Migrating from X-Code 1.5 to 2.2

Hi,

Does anyone know if any document exists that shows me details and
what I need to know to migrate from 1.5 to 2.2?

Do I just try and open the old project file with the new X-Code and
it will just generate a new project file?   Will the project directory
structure be the same?

Also,  where can I download the latest X-Code 2.2 or are they up to
X-Code 2.3 now?

I looked for it on the ADC site and didn't see it.  I might just be
looking in the wrong place.
