A lot of things doesn't work as it should / as you would expect
when not using native targets.
Should read: "as they should"...
Note to the Xcode team: In preparation for eventually dropping
support for PB project files, and to avoid subtle problem like this
one (if this was indeed the problem), perhaps you should consider
alerting the user when they open projects with non-native targets?
