Might be obvious, but I often find myself stumped of not finding anything relavant using the full-text search only
to realize that I have selected something inadequate in the "Search Groups" list on the left. Might do the trick.
(Most often happens when I invoke the doc window by Cmd-? rather than Alt-Cmd-?)
