I've just come across this, has anyone else seen this (I'll file a bug if it doesn't turn out I'm doing something stupid) What I did was 1. create new carbon nib with a menu 2. Assign a shortcut of command delete to a menu item 3. save and close the nib

Then when I opened the nib the menu item to which I had assigned command delete no longer had a shortcut assigned. The shortcut is set properly in the nib file since command delete works as that shortcut in my app. However, saving the nib once it has been reopened in IB (even without touching that menu) obliterates the command delete shortcut I had set. Anyone seen this odditiy/have a workaround?
