Re: When to use Stabs or DWARF?

Only the Xcode 2.3 (and greater) tools will read the DWARF produced by the Xcode 2.3 tools. And Xcode 2.3 is only supported on Mac OS X 10.4.

I have not tried, but does the gdb installed with 10.2 or 10.3 understand DWARF?

For those of us (like me) who still deploy and thus debug on these versions it may be a drawback.
