However, if I want to keep a system with 10.6.x for now, I can use xCode 3.x. I am wondering (I haven't seen any) if there is a statement that after some date, that only apps developed with xCode 4 will be accepted..

Maybe v4.2 or 4.3 will be better and I can switch then..
