I filed a bug report on the highlighting before inquiring here.  It behaves exactly the same way on two different independently set up machines, so it's pretty reproducible.

And there's another bug coming for that.  I don't see how it's deemed acceptable to require the re-entry of a bunch of configuration options on every partition of every development machine you use.  Version 1.0?  Maybe.  Version 4?
