to reflect status for Xgrid and A/G BLAST,
both of which developments being quite new.
More technical papers will appear soon at the URL.
If there be any scientific/algorithm area of special
interest where paper(s) would be useful to you,
feel free to contact me.
Note that we continue to maintain a section for papers
done together with outside researchers. Again,
such research is welcome, and again feel free to contact.
