- Is this program using a shared resource of any kind that could be
causing the second instance to quit prematurely?
I would also suggest an issue along these lines. Maybe you should wrap
your python code in some eval-like construct (I don't know the python
equivalent), so you can catch more errors, and get some useful stderr.
