Unfortunately, not. Xgrid is a three-tier system optimized for disconnected use, so there is no direct connection between agents and clients. Of course, you can always use Xgrid Admin to make sure the job is running properly.

If you wanted to get more details status, you'd need to pass the client information as part of the job and have the agent explicitly send information (e.g., via email or Jabber).
