Unable to Authenticate XSAN2 serial number

I have an issue where we have entered 5 serial numbers for our 5 xsan clients, 4 of them get assigned serial numbers and one fails. All the serials are valid. I have tried uninstalling XSAN and rebooting but that doesn't seem to fix it. Any ideas? thanks _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
