Hi,
As of today we started to experience freezes in all our fibre fabric. On MDC
I can see a lot of these errors:

After this, NO ONE in the entire fabric can see the LUNs. I have to
completely turn off all Xserve RAID arrays and then turn them back on. And
only then reboot the MDC and all the editing stations to make them see the
LUNs.
I've already changed transceiver and cable on the MDC, but this happened
again. The next step will be to change FC Host Adapter.
Has anyone experienced such behavior and what is your advices?
