I guess "Because it's Awesome" doesn't look good as a justification.
How about, "Cause it's better than what you are using, with all your
add-ons.. (and mine default)"

I seem to be the only person in the USAF supporting CAC and PKI on
OS X,
so that was my justification. :)
The point is it kinda depends on what he does. It's impossible to
write
justifications without knowing the job, work habits, requirements,
all
that stuff.
