Thanks Michael... that's what I get for viewing the page on my Mac and
typing the email on my PC instead of just copy/paste :)
Some .gov agencies do... all depends on how their procurement office
handles things. In our case, the procurement office won't touch a
package without the paperwork, which means anything over $3K MUST have a
VPAT before we can buy it. Some groups get around the requirements by
buying hardware through different contract vehicles, so it really
depends on the individual agency. In our case, I've been waiting for
about 3 months on this... quotes sitting on my desk, can't turn them in
without this.
