Thanks for the suggestion, but I am not sure how to grab the root.
The disa site does not prompt me for a CAC-based login when I go to
the page. I have an email cert on the CAC with an Air Force email
address ending in af.mil.
The Army site has a CAC-based login but my credentials aren't
accepted. Perhaps I need to create the DKO account first.
I am very new to all of this and I might be missing something obvious.
