Yes, though YMMV depending on your inspector. Assume it will be required and
enforced though. The NISPOM does require it on all systems. (I'll look up
chapter and verse later if necessary.)

McAfee LinuxShield works on linux, and ClamAV works on current Solaris. It
might work on SGI too, but do not take my word for that.
