I've had a couple of folks ask if I can post this stuff outside the Lion Dev Forums. This information (like everything covered at WWDC following the keynote) is under NDA. The Lion dev forums is the only place at this time where I can post it.
If you need this information now, I'd recommend getting an ADC account for $99.
