I do this as well, sometimes. There are no show-stopper bugs. But there are
user-interface oddities where Xcode gets confused about which project a
source file "belongs" to. It won't overwrite changes or delete files or
anything like that, but sometimes you may be surprised as to which project a
breakpoint gets set in, or which source editors get close if you close a
project, or which source files open when open a project. All pretty
innocuous glitches.

Most of the time I actually just work in one project, and run the other
directly without debugging.
