How to use NSAccessibility in AppleScript Studio?

A few days ago, I asked a specific question about using NSAccessibility tot he AppleScript Studio list, but so far nobody has offered any tips.

Let me remove the specifics. Has anybody used any aspect of NSAccessibility in AppleScript Studio? Is so, please offer a snippet of code that does something, anything. :-) I'd settle for some straight Cocoa code.

I wish all of Apple's documentation included an example or two.
