Turning on Universal Access Options

Hi,

I couldn't seem to find any evidence of it but before I try some hack... , is there an accepted way to turn on Universal Access Options programatically? I understand I could open the system preferences panel but this is an application where security is important and I want to limit access as much as possible.

Thanks
~Hua Ying Ling
