I thought I saw something a while back where a three-finger rotate on the iPhone would speak the first summary item on the user's screen if VoiceOver was on.
However, in looking through the documentation this weekend, I couldn't find any reference to the three-finger rotate, even though it still works in places like the Apple address book.
Did the gesture set change with iOS 4?
