Hmmm...I see you don't read manuals or click on interface widgets.

Both of the items you mention _are_ in every script window.

The small 'c' at the bottom of the window toggles open/closed the comment
pane.

The 'check mark' icon checks the syntax.

Guess what the [>] arrow icon does?

I've spent an hour pouring over the manual (after I finally located it) and still haven't figured how to turn the buttons, mentioned above, on.
